Sam Goldstein, Ph.D., is a member of the faculty at the University of Utah and is in private practice at the Neurology, Learning and Behavior Center in Salt Lake City. He is on staff at the Primary Children's Medical Center and the University Neuropsychiatric Institute Robert Brooks, Ph.D., is a member of the faculty of Harvard Medical School and is on staff at McLean Hospital in Belmont, Massachusetts
